Action Bag has 4 Committees that employees can take part in. Each year the leader of each committee changes so everyone can get a chance to play a lead role if they choose to.

RETENTION
This committee works to improve the workplace through employee feedback. The committee analyzes surveys and other employee input and recommends new or improved ways of doing things at Action Bag.

WELLNESS & SAFETY
All about improving the health and wellbeing of the employees as well as keeping the workplace safe and accident free. The committee plans events like company picnics and other outdoor activites, develops a reward program each year for employees to earn cash and prizes for being healthy and safe and more!

RECOGNITION
This committee works to give employees the chance to stand out and be acknowledged for their hard work. The committee develops a reward program each year for employees who demonstrate the company values each day.

GO GREEN
Concenting on making our company and community greener! This includes planning recycling drives, recycling at the office, planting shrubs and flowers around building and in our community and more!
