Logos & Artwork
Acceptable artwork must be in black and white vector art. Art should be submitted as an .eps or Illustrator (.ai) file. Make sure all fonts are created to outlines and saved down to version CS3 or lower. Pdf files are also acceptable as long as they were created in Illustrator. For full-color orders artwork must be submitted in the original Photoshop (.psd) or .tif. These files must be submitted in the intended print size and have a 300 dpi or higher resolution. Other file formats are accepted but may incur an Art Service Fee.
Don’t have the right format? Our in-house designers are here to help! We offer standard art for a low $15. This incudes typesetting or text adjustments. If you need to clean up old art, layout tri-fold menus, or create vector art from an image, an art service fee of $40 applies. Complete logo design or complex logos will be quoted. All art service charges include 2 proofs. Each additional proof will cost $10 each. Please call if you have any questions!

The rights to use your imprint:
Action Bag Company may retain samples of merchandise imprinted for our customers. We may display samples, reproductions, derivations or copies thereof in marketing mediums for the purpose of advertising the types of products and services we offer.
Hot Stamp Pricing
The minimum order for printed items is 250 unless otherwise stated. Production time is 12 days from art approval.
Hot Stamp Pricing:
250-499 bags - .26 per impresssion
500-749 bags - .21 per impression
750-999 bags - .19 per impression
1000+ bags - .17 per impression
Vinyl bags - .26 cents per impression at any quantity
Flat Hot Stamp Bag Plate Fees
To make your order process easier, we now have a flat plate fee based on bag size. Plates are made per color.
Bag size 8 x 5 x 10 or smaller - $85 (per plate)
Bag size 10 x 5 x 13 up to 16 x 6 x 11 - $125 (per plate)
Bag size 16 x 6 x 12 or larger - $175 (per plate)
Our printing and hot stamping process are a hand fed one-at-a-time delicate procedure which is done on pre-made bags and boxes. Your printed item requires a printing plate to transfer the ink onto the bag. Certain print programs include plate costs, see specific program for details.
Rush Service is available: 3-6 days after art approval: $125 rush fee, 7-11 days after art approval: $75 rush fee.

Each order is special; the combination of bag type and printing press used will be reviewed to ensure customer satisfaction including the following areas:
• Any screened (shaded areas) will need to be reviewed for printing details.
• Large or heavy printed ink areas will need to be reviewed to assure best results.
• Heavy ink coverage and screens may incur additional costs.
• Printing to the edge can be a factor and will need to be taken into consideration.
• Thin lines and small print will need to be reviewed to assure best results.

Samples: We offer free samples of most items in our catalog. There is a charge for some items. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
All orders with approved credit will be billed net 30 days. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UPS-COD and check with order. Sales tax applies to orders shipped to Illinois. A $5 Small Order Handling charge applies to orders under $25 in total goods/services before shipping. Shipping charges are additional.
Shipping Information
All continental US orders are sent standard UPS Ground FOB Itasca, IL. Some items may be drop shipped to save cost and time. Non-continental US and international orders are shipped specially. Customer responsible for additional duties or fees. Please call for shipping charges.
Shipping prices are currently based on the weight of products purchased.
If you need faster shipment than regular ground, please call during normal business hours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time.

• Final quantities may vary from original order
• Colors may not be exact
• Custom orders are not returnable
• Production times vary during the year due to seasonal demands
• Production time begins after plate and art approval
• Freight is additional unless otherwise specified
